Release of version v1.11.4
This is the first official release after v1.10.2 (all browsers) and v1.11.0 (chrome only). It makes the startup of the extension more resilient and reduces the time to reach the SSO state.
Note on release process: Between 1.10.2 and 1.11.4 we switched from self-distributing the Firefox .xpi version to an official listing on the AMO store (#170). However, this broke the release process in the most colorful ways, requiring a couple of further tries to stabilize again.
As the review process done by Mozilla takes much longer for published versions, the Mozilla version will be added later to the release - when available. If this proves to be too long, we might switch back to self distributing.
