This release makes the repository much easier to use for Chinese-speaking developers while tightening contributor docs and expanding community-skill discovery. It ships the full docs_zh-CN translation batch, folds in a markdown fence fix for contributor documentation, strengthens github-issue-creator discoverability metadata, and carries forward the recent SoulPass community listing on main.
