This release packages the post-v8.7.1 merge batch: two new community skills and a maintainer workflow upgrade that expands pull request review into review-and-optimize flows. It also refreshes generated catalog metadata, contributor sync, and tracked web assets so main stays aligned at 1,311+ indexed skills.

Improvements
- Skill review automation: Upgraded the PR review workflow to
skill-review-and-optimizeand added/apply-optimizeautomation so maintainers can apply accepted optimization suggestions directly from PR comments (PR #393). - Release and registry sync: Refreshed README/catalog metadata, contributor sync, and tracked web assets after the merge batch so release artifacts and docs stay aligned with the current registry state.
