Shipped four maintained PR outcomes, stabilized generated-file CI, and cut release friction for future contributor merges
This release turns a noisy maintainer workflow into a predictable one. It merges the latest community skill additions, integrates the cleaned privacy-by-design contribution under the maintainer exception path, and removes the biggest source of PR churn by making generated registry drift informational on pull requests while keeping main self-healing and strict.
