This release adds 28 new skills across database tooling, FDA compliance, Odoo ERP, agent orchestration, and production architecture. It also ships incremental web-app performance improvements and a docs emoji-cleanup per Maintenance V5 rules. Registry count synced to 1006+ across all docs.
