This release packages the June 26 maintainer batch: five community skill PRs, source-credit and license-provenance fixes, generated registry and plugin mirror sync, Windows path test hardening, and a React/React DOM dependency refresh for the Loki generated frontend example.

Added

• Added the-honoured-one, a context-loading discipline skill for complex multi-file tasks, architecture changes, and debugging work (PR #749).
• Added github-actions-debugger, a CI/CD diagnostic skill for reading GitHub Actions logs, identifying root causes, and proposing focused workflow or code fixes (PR #750).
• Added premium-3d-website, a Three.js/WebGL guidance skill for high-end 3D websites, shaders, post-processing, interaction physics, asset loading, and mobile performance (PR #751).
• Added arrowspace from Genefold/arrowspace-skills, a spectral vector-search skill using graph Laplacian eigenstructure for structurally aware retrieval (PR #752).
• Added gh-image from drogers0/gh-image, a GitHub CLI image-upload skill for producing canonical user-attachments URLs for PRs, issues, comments, and README screenshots (PR #753).

Changed

• Normalized Windows path-separator expectations in installer manifest tests (PR #751).
• Updated the Loki generated frontend example to React 19.2.7 and React DOM 19.2.7, combining the Snyk upgrade intent from PRs #754 and #755 into a maintainer patch because those PRs directly touched generated example files.
• Refreshed generated registry artifacts, plugin mirrors, catalog data, contributor/source metadata, sitemap, package description, and public docs for the 1,689+ skill catalog.

Validation

• Verified PR checks for source validation, skill review, artifact preview, CodeQL, Dependency Review, Socket, and Snyk before merging the community skill PRs.
• Ran npm run sync:repo-state, including validation, plugin compatibility sync, index/catalog generation, web asset sync, contributor sync, consistency audit, and warning-budget enforcement.
• Ran focused dependency and documentation checks for the Snyk maintainer patch, including the Loki example npm install --package-lock-only audit result and npm run security:docs.
