This release packages the June 19 maintainer batch: 51 new canonical skills, a production QA skill rewrite, optional registry quality tooling, generated catalog sync, and the hosted catalog refreshed to 1,646+ skills.

New Skills

• design-it - a large design-direction suite covering 3D UI, AI-native UI, aurora UI, bento layouts, brutalism, cyberpunk, dashboards, data-dense interfaces, editorial design, glassmorphism, gradients, material design, minimalism, neumorphism, retro styles, spatial UI, Swiss design, typography-first design, vaporwave, Y2K, and related visual systems (PR #717).
• android-ui-journey-testing - Android UI journey testing workflow for validating navigation, state, screenshots, and mobile flows (PR #721).
• tools-page-seo-optimizer - 11-phase SEO workflow for tool and feature pages, including positioning, keyword targeting, metadata, schema, internal links, and launch checks (PR #722).

Skill Fixes

• Reworked vibecode-production-qa-validator into a 13-phase conditional production QA workflow for fullstack Next.js apps, covering build verification, SEO tags, OG images, favicon checks, API auth, performance, database state, cleanup, and launch readiness (PR #719).

Maintainer Tooling

• Added optional Python registry quality tooling for skill scoring, security scanning, drift detection, and consolidated registry reports, with schema docs and tests (PR #718).
• Added scripts for score:skills, security:scan, drift:check, drift:update, and registry:report without changing the normal PR merge gates.

Maintainer Sync

• Synced generated registry artifacts, plugin mirrors, web catalog assets, sitemap, contributor data, and release metadata for the 1,646+ skill catalog.
• Removed an unimported README-only NotFair source entry so community/source credits continue to represent repositories actually imported, mirrored, or used by this repo.
• Verified the release preflight path, including reference validation, repo-state sync, tests, web-app install/build, and npm package dry-run.
