This release packages the June 12 maintainer batch: seven accepted community PRs, finance compliance and academic research workflows, Atlas long-running-agent integrity skills, refreshed Polis Protocol install guidance, and a web catalog sync to 1,541+ skills.

• papers-skill - academic paper research workflow for finding, reading, summarizing, and organizing scholarly sources.
• atlas-contract - long-running agent contract workflow for preserving task intent, scope, evidence, and acceptance criteria.
• atlas-ledger - execution-ledger workflow for tracking decisions, state changes, validation, and handoff evidence during extended agent tasks.

Improvements

• Upgraded zipai-optimizer to v14.0 guidance for extreme token optimization workflows.
• Updated polis-protocol to v2 with always-latest PyPI install guidance, Polis CLI usage, and a corrected skill path.
• Added missing README credits, provenance metadata, risk labels, and ## Limitations sections while repairing accepted community PRs.
• Synced generated registry artifacts, web catalog assets, sitemap, llms.txt, social-card copy, and SEO verification to the 1,541+ skill catalog.
• Closed PR #671 because it remained conflicted and only touched generated/presentation assets rather than a mergeable skill contribution.
