This release merges PRs #549, #553, and #554 with maintainer source-only enforcement, fork-run approval, contributor credit sync, and generated-state refreshes on main. It adds a new unslop prose cleanup skill, improves the WordPress/social SEO writing guidance, and upgrades zipai-optimizer with MCP-aware operating rules.

• zipai-optimizer v12.0 - adds review-mode output labels, MCP-aware tool usage rules, pagination safeguards, SHA discipline, and regression-risk signaling.
• WordPress SEO writing guidance - clarifies source-backed market claims, Yoast/SEO output conditions, examples, best practices, and common pitfalls.
• social-post-writer-seo - expands usage guidance while removing unsupported example claims from maintainer edits.
• source-only merge hygiene - drops derived plugin artifact edits from contributor branches, validates changed skill files, checks README source credits, and lets main regenerate canonical artifacts.
