Installable skill library update for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Antigravity, and related AI coding assistants. Adds 122 catalog skills, ships 2,872 total entrypoints, and clears the open PR, issue, Dependabot, CodeQL, and secret-scanning queues before release preparation.

Publication status: the immutable v20.1.0 tag and GitHub Release were created, but the Distribution candidate failed because onboarding pins still named 20.0.0. The source fix is on main, while npm and the release-owned Pages/candidate publication are incomplete for this tag. Do not treat v20.1.0 as an installable npm release.

• onboard - synchronize to upstream v3.2.1 and bundle both read-only helpers. Git calls use argv arrays and disable fsmonitor; traversal skips symlinks and secret-named files, with bounded depth, reads, output and timeouts.
• datacircle - refresh the API-plan catalog, item and pricing semantics, currency calculations, provider coverage, trust boundaries and purchase/contact limits.
• llm-gateway and llm-caching - document Bifrost as an open-source gateway option, with pinned local-container setup, virtual-key enforcement prerequisites, semantic-cache isolation and authentication limits.
• pixeltable - synchronize the upstream 0.7.20 guidance, including hosted configuration, exit codes and next: confirmations, feedback previews and explicit --send approval, secret rejection and destructive-action gates.
• Update @modelcontextprotocol/sdk to 1.32.1 and express-rate-limit to 8.7.1 in the affected canonical plugin and bundled example, with their lockfiles.

Maintenance and security

• Resolve all 13 PRs recorded in the maintenance cycle: merge 11, close #2143 through owner replacement #2150, and supersede generated-mirror-only PR #2146 with canonical PR #2148. Every closure carries an exact-head owner rationale.
• Close #828, #845, #1149, and #1734 as duplicate or unsupported CorpusIQ submissions without a reviewable skill tree, tracked license or canonical SKILL.md; close #2136 as an unfilled bug template with no reproduction.
• Record a successful maintenance cycle over 62 min 46 s, bound to protected-main CI and CodeQL. The release preparation begins only after the open PR and issue queues, plus Dependabot, CodeQL and secret-scanning alerts, are empty.
• Apply the normal protected lanes throughout: exact-head semantic review, component validation, strict up-to-date branch protection, guarded merge:batch, and the scripted release flow.

Review scope

Every canonical skill tree in the maintenance batch was reviewed at its exact submitted content or an identical owner replacement. Validation, reference validation, documentation security, warning budget, source credits, catalog integrity and changed-skill evidence passed or the required CI gate passed on the exact rebased head. Live hosted services, paid runs, destructive commands and native client reloads were not executed as part of static skill review. The broader catalog audit remains unfinished.
