Adds 15 catalog skills, updates mmx-cli, and ships 2,705 skills. Every external contribution in this release went through an individual maintainer review bound to its exact content, and the fork review lane records eight additional explicitly reviewed skill bundles.

Review scope
Each new or changed skill was reviewed in full at its exact content, including bundled scripts, references and assets. The new skills declare their own provider, cost, credential and host limits, and none of them was exercised against a live third-party paid service during review. The broader catalog audit remains unfinished.
