v19.14.0 "One New Skill And Reliable Fork Evidence"

[19.14.0] - 2026-10-22 - "One New Skill And Reliable Fork Evidence"

Adds 1 catalog skill, ships 2,738 skills, and removes the false SkillSpector timeout on legitimate fork pull requests.

Added

  • us-watchlist-alerts - keep a local US stock and ETF watchlist, evaluate price and market alerts, and write morning or after-close briefs from public quotes. Installation and optional delivery integrations require consent; credentials stay in environment variables; the skill never places, modifies or cancels trades and does not present output as financial advice.

Changed

  • mmx-cli - prefer MiniMax M3.1 Flash for new text workloads after the upstream documentation changed the recommended default.
  • datacircle - use a bounded temporary download, reject insecure redirects and oversized responses, describe the expanded cached API sheets, and treat the downloaded pricing dataset as untrusted data rather than instructions.

Fixed

  • Fork PR SkillSpector evidence - bind the exact-head pr-evidence result to its Actions job, trusted CI workflow run and current pull request instead of relying on GitHub's sometimes-empty check_run.pull_requests association. Wrong SHAs, branches, source or base repositories, workflow paths and events now fail closed.
  • Shared shortlist and collection skill IDs - accept the canonical catalog contract for dotted and 200-character IDs while rejecting 201 characters and keeping collection record IDs on their stricter format.
  • Catalog app dependency audit - update the affected Vitest dependency chain so the web application audit reports no vulnerabilities.

Merge batch

Four source PRs were merged through the protected lane: the SkillSpector evidence repair, the shared-ID fix, the Datacircle update and us-watchlist-alerts. The remaining additions were reviewed but not merged because their fork bundles contain executable scripts, HTML, XLSX or support paths that the current trusted policy does not authorize; no attestation or policy bypass was used for them.

Review scope

Changed skill trees were reviewed at their exact submitted content heads. Deterministic validation, reference checks, documentation security and changed-skill evidence passed. The SkillSpector workflow was also exercised against a real exact-head run with positive provenance and negative SHA and fork cases. Web changes passed their focused tests and protected CI. The broader catalog audit remains unfinished.

Thanks

Thanks to @eli-alvarado for us-watchlist-alerts, @jhuang-tt for the catalog-ID repair and the fork-evidence diagnosis, and @waynehamadi for the Datacircle update, and to the upstream authors whose licensed material is included.
