[19.10.0] - 2026-10-18 - "Independent Catalog Revisions"
The 2,712-skill catalog can now be distributed independently of compatible runtime releases. Existing pinned runtimes retain their embedded catalogs; independent revisions require this compatible runtime and an explicit revision/integrity selection.
Added
- Independent catalog archives with source commit, schema, runtime compatibility, content digest and archive integrity. Offline import, explicit catalog rollback, cached stack planning and read-only MCP startup support the pinned catalog.
- Complete support-file verification before catalog promotion or installation; imported archives never execute skill content.
Changed
- Maintenance validates the affected component, persists authenticated review/evidence receipts and resumes independent PRs after interruptions.
- Ordinary source merges no longer require a generated-state PR. Prepared releases refresh distribution snapshots together and publish the exact package/site bytes tested by the immutable candidate across Linux/Windows and Node 22/24.
- The maintainer skill uses a short operating sequence with bundled detailed references. Public release completion is separate from personal MCP client reload status.
Compatibility
- Existing embedded catalogs keep their exact runtime-version checks. Independent catalogs require an explicitly compatible cached runtime; stack apply retains its experimental approval gate.
- No new catalog skills are introduced in this release. Performance claims are reported separately from measured maintenance runs.
