Adds five weather-data pipeline skills and an agent memory-discipline skill, refreshes the Jev Social runtime pin, and serves the hosted catalog from aaskills.tech.

A catalog release for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, and related AI coding assistants. It expands the catalog to 2,457 skills and preserves existing installation interfaces.

• Jev Social runtime pin (#1580) — move every executable and license reference to the tested v0.1.5 commit 782d809c68e2015536359aa7dceede9a3cdbb7f1, keeping the read-only browser boundary and risk: critical classification.
• Hosted catalog domain — serve the Pages site from https://aaskills.tech/, use root-relative assets, and update canonical metadata, sitemap, repository links, and legacy redirect destinations.
• Pages deployment — deploy the catalog only from protected main or an exact immutable release tag.
