to /core, with matching SEO, sitemap, and prerender routes.

A catalog-surface release for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.
It publishes the neon AAS landing experience (#1527) while keeping the
2,406-skill catalog on Core. Existing installation interfaces remain
supported.

• Neon AAS landing homepage (#1527) — brand-first intro at / with install
  hero, agent compatibility tiles, Core/Workbench/Plugins surfaces, guided
  Search→Choose→Validate→Preview steps, and maintainer strip. The searchable
  catalog now lives at /core with updated nav, SEO, sitemap, and prerender
  routes.

Validation scope

PR #1527 passed repository web-app tests and typecheck, protected CI
(pr-policy, pr-evidence, source-validation, artifact-preview), CodeQL,
dependency review, and maintainer attestation on the exact merge head, then
canonical synchronization.
