[17.7.0] - 2026-09-19 - "YYLO Ledger Skills Suite"
Adds seven community skills for YYLO Ledger task, wiki, workflow, and artifact
workflows plus the Ralph loop executor, with refreshed catalog surfaces.
A maintenance release for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI.
It merges seven YYLO skills through the protected maintainer workflow, refreshes
catalog and plugin surfaces for 2,141 skills, and closes a redundant Snyk
dependency PR that violated the source-only contract. Existing installation
interfaces remain supported.

repository validation, reference and documentation-security checks, protected CI,
CodeQL, dependency review, package publication, and release-only Pages verification.
Tessl was unavailable; maintainer semantic review covered all seven skill subtrees.
