beatra-ai-video-studio: official Beatra catalog entry pinned to a verified
archive digest and a full commit SHA, with explicit install approval gates,
risk: critical, and a documented self-update opt-out.meteora-dlmm-pool-screening: read-only ranking of Meteora DLMM pools from
public APIs, with the screener script embedded in the skill references.

- Workbench stack/plan parsing now enforces the published profile limits
(at least one goal, 128-character profile values, 256-character projectType). - The hosted catalog validates every skills-index record before accepting it
and falls back to the next source on malformed payloads; one shared validator
servesSkillProviderandOutcomeExplorer.
