[16.0.0] - 2026-08-24 - "Durable Project State and Runtime Reliability"
Added durable project-state governance and a complete Famulor MCP operating
guide, modernized Salesforce and X/Twitter integration guidance, and repaired
two native Windows setup failures. The published catalog contains 2,026
skills.
This release helps Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Antigravity, and
related AI coding assistants preserve verified project state across sessions,
operate the Famulor platform with explicit tool and consent boundaries, and use
current Salesforce and X/Twitter integration patterns without weakening safety
or evidence requirements.

Added
- Added
project-state-governorfor durable
project-state reconstruction and maintenance with authority ordering, compact
and scaled schemas, lifecycle rules, negative evidence, and independently
verified completion transitions
(#1214). - Added
famulor-skillwith a 282-tool snapshot,
task-oriented toolset maps, assistant-design guidance, consent boundaries,
and live-schema verification requirements
(#1224).
Changed
- Modernized
salesforce-developmentaround
current API-version configuration, External Client Apps, OAuth security,
integration patterns, deployment, and testing guidance
(#1213). - Refreshed
x-twitter-scraperfor its current SDK
and tightened consent, credential, rate-limit, privacy, and automation
boundaries (#1220). - Upgraded
express-rate-limitfrom 8.6.0 to 8.6.1
(#1216). - Corrected eight frontmatter delimiters whose trailing spaces caused the
external skills CLI to skip otherwise valid skills
(#1218). - Retired the unavailable
uizze-ui-researchsource listing and synchronized
its stale bundle memberships while keeping the maintainedanti-ui-slop
workflow (#1225,
#1228). - Regenerated the canonical catalog, offline AAS Core data, web assets,
marketplaces, editorial bundles, compatibility reports, and Codex/Claude
plugin distributions for 2,026 skills.
Fixed
- Restored native Windows MCP configuration by loading the built-in PowerShell
security module explicitly before ACL inspection and hardening
(#1221,
#1227). - Made npm release-identity verification compatible with npm 12 on Windows by
invoking the npm CLI through Node instead of spawningnpm.cmddirectly
(#1222,
#1227). - Removed stale
uizze-ui-researchbundle memberships after the retired skill
was removed from the canonical catalog.
Security
- Kept project-state reconstruction evidence-first: incomplete verification
preserves the current lifecycle state, records the evidence gap separately,
and never promotes child completion to a project-level claim. - Kept Famulor operations scoped to the selected toolset, required live schema
inspection for authoritative parameters, and made consequential external
actions subject to explicit user confirmation and platform permissions. - Kept Salesforce credentials environment-backed and X/Twitter collection
bounded by user consent, platform rules, rate limits, and privacy constraints. - Kept Windows ACL hardening fail-closed while loading only the built-in
PowerShell security module, and preserved immutable npm release-identity
verification under the npm 12 invocation path.
Who should care
- Teams running long-lived agent projects that need a compact, auditable state
model which survives context loss without turning unverified claims into fact. - Famulor operators who need task-based discovery across a large MCP surface
while preserving schema, scope, consent, and side-effect boundaries. - Salesforce and X/Twitter integrators maintaining authentication, API-version,
automation, privacy, and rate-limit guidance. - Windows users configuring the local AAS MCP host or installing from npm 12.
Validation
- Passed repository validation, reference validation, documentation-security
checks, warning-budget enforcement, the complete repository test suite,
plugin-compatibility and editorial-bundle checks, canonical artifact preview,
and protected canonical synchronization. - Reviewed both added skill trees and all bundled reference files for semantics,
safety, provenance, declared risk, limitations, consent boundaries, and exact
head evidence before protected merge. - Added targeted regression coverage for PowerShell security-module loading and
npm-managed Windows release-identity invocation.
Limitations
- Durable project state improves continuity and exposes missing evidence; it
does not create evidence, replace domain verification, or authorize cleanup
beyond the user's stated boundary. - The Famulor tool inventory is a static snapshot and may lag the live MCP
server; workspace permissions, plan entitlements, and consent still govern
which operations are available. - Salesforce and X/Twitter platform behavior can change independently of this
release, so live schemas and official platform constraints remain authoritative. - The Windows fixes are covered by isolated regression tests and protected CI;
they do not substitute for every possible enterprise PowerShell policy or npm
installation layout.
