Added

• Added ditto for extracting private, session-derived context into a local profile without introducing fork-supplied executable runtime files (PR #842).
• Added optim-agent for bounded parameter optimization and evidence-driven tuning workflows (PR #844).
• Added sshepherd for credential-isolated SSH operations with explicit remote-operation boundaries (PR #846).
• Added anywrite for low-context Anytype workspace automation and safe local writes (PR #847).

Changed

• Classified session mining, remote infrastructure operations, and mutable local workspace automation at critical risk.
• Made Ditto require an existing trusted runtime instead of accepting executable bootstrap code supplied by a fork.
• Synchronized the canonical catalog, plugin mirrors, contributor/source credits, web assets, and public discovery surfaces for 1,962+ skills.

Fixed

• Added missing source credits for sshepherd and anywrite and resolved overlapping README credit changes without dropping either source.

Validation

• Passed exact-head policy, evidence, source-validation, artifact-preview, and skill-review gates for PRs #842, #844, #846, and #847.
• Passed consistency and maintainer audits, the root and web-app suites, CodeQL, and Pages deployment; verified all four skills on the live catalog.
