This hotfix lets jabali update finish again. An update to any commit after the November 5 change that removed the unused nspawn helper, 5e6b69867 included, stopped at "sync static assets": the update step of every release still copied that file. A server stuck there kept running its build; its next jabali update goes through.

For a server already on 5e6b69867, nothing else changes. The other changes are this file and the install commands, which only new servers run. A server coming from db6d0f4da gets everything in the 5e6b69867 entry of CHANGELOG.md as well, Stalwart 1.0 included.
