- Fix Uploading new or edited files
- Sync pending changes and stale placeholders on (re)connect
- Recycle stale placeholders instead of deleting them
- Fix pinned files and folders not downloading
- Rename and delete on the device before applying the change locally
- Create items renamed before they were synced under their new name
- Sync case-only renames with the device
- Upload to a temporary file and rename it into place
