Version 1.3.1 of AAAD brings the following changes:
- FIXED: Help section will actually populate the recipient of the mail when choosing to contact me
- IMPROVED: Updated Traditional Chinese translations
- IMPROVED: App will now proactively ask for permission to install packages before starting downloading
