Shentu v2.20.1 Release Notes

📝Changelog

Fixed genesis export failing with no concrete type registered for type URL /cosmwasm.wasm.v1.MsgUpdateParams when historical governance proposals contain wasm parameter updates. Restored protobuf type compatibility for these messages without re-enabling the wasm module.
