PasteGuard 0.9.7 updates Zod and disables the dashboard by default.

- Upgrade Zod to 4.6.7 to address its collection validation advisory, preserving configuration defaults and request validation compatibility. #189
- Disable the dashboard by default, report its configured status at startup, and document how to enable it. #191
- Run CI checks in the production Bun container.
Upgrade note
The dashboard now requires dashboard.enabled: true. Existing configurations that explicitly enable it remain enabled. Basic Authentication remains optional; configure dashboard.auth or restrict network access when enabling a dashboard containing private request history.
Upgrade the all-in-one image to ghcr.io/sgasser/pasteguard:0.9.7 or pull the updated latest image.
