Fixed

• Fix a detector crash on startup in the 0.9.3 image (#172). ONNX Runtime 1.29.0 segfaulted during import because its telemetry initialization fails in the shell-free runtime, so /health returned 503. The image now sets ORT_DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1.
• Install protobuf with the Transformers SentencePiece extra so fresh builds load the GLiNER tokenizer.

Reliability

• The image build now starts the detector and runs real GLiNER and regex inference as the nonroot runtime user with Hugging Face offline. A runtime-only crash fails the build instead of the deployed container.

Documentation

• Document the 0.9.3 workaround for docker run and Docker Compose, and list ORT_DISABLE_TELEMETRY in the environment reference.
• Correct the pinned image tag format to X.Y.Z.

Users running 0.9.3 should upgrade to 0.9.4. If you cannot upgrade yet, start the container with -e ORT_DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1.
