Hotfix release for sfall 3.8.19.

Changelog:

• Fixed the error handling for loading sfallgv.sav to improve backward compatibility with older saved games
• Changed NPC combat control to keep player's Awareness perk while controlling other critters
• Changed DebugMode and HideObjIsNullMsg to not require sfall debugging mode
