Adds a new download manager, and adds a working skip-silence option. Updates configuration, database, and GUI for max concurrent downloads, auto-download options, close-to-tray behavior, a Download Manager dialog, and tighter integration of the downloader with the main frame and player, plus improved SQLite WAL handling. Cleans up internals with better date normalization, request headers, and error handling, removes debug_media.py, and updates documentation and release notes to match. Fixed version!
