Improve SCD40 & BME688 add-on visibility and automatically detect UV support

What’s changed

  • SCD40 and BME688 add-on entities are now disabled by default in Home Assistant.
  • BME688 IAQ Classification now reports unknown until valid sensor data is available.
  • Added automatic light-sensor detection. UV Index is hidden on LTR-F216A hardware and remains available on LTR390 hardware.

Why this matters

  • Users can enable the entities for their installed add-on.
  • A disconnected BME688 no longer causes an incorrect air-quality classification.
  • Devices without UV hardware no longer expose unsupported UV readings.

Changelog (summary)

  • feat(ha): disable optional add-on entities by default
  • fix(bme688): report unknown IAQ classification without valid data
  • feat(sensor): automatically detect UV support
