- Refactored configuration system. Thanks to @ansibleguy.
- Implemented remote runners: now you can use runner (
semaphore runner --config ./config.json) which connects to the Semaphore server (semaphore server --config ./config.json) and listen tasks from him. Documentation: https://docs.ansible-semaphore.com/administration-guide/runners. - Changed administrators' permissions: now admin can see and manage all projects of the Semaphore instance.

Fixes
- Security: Remove email addresses of team members.
- Security: Manager can't manage project Team.
- Project owner can't leave the project anymore, only other owner can kick him.
