Per entity smooth_segments

Smooth segments can now be set differently for each entity, allowing smooth segments for primary gauge and hard segments for secondary or vice versa. In GUI editor smooth segments option has been moved to Entity style section for each entity.

Secondary and tertiary entity superscripted unit

Secondary and tertiary entity unit can now be set to be superscripted matching the unit style to the primary entity. Additionally superscripted unit for primary entity can now be disabled.
