Added a new GL MAME Native Video Renderer with significant improvements:
- Vector Games: Greatly improved rendering quality for a sharper and more authentic look.
- Shaders: Shaders are now applied only to the game screen, keeping the MAME UI/OSD clean and untouched.
- Performance: Optimized pipeline that is much faster when using high-resolution artworks and bezels.
