Updated app to .NET 10
App should prompt to download and install .NET 10 from Microsoft if it's missing in the system.
If it doesn't happen automatically, please Download and install .NET 10 Desktop Runtime manually
- Merged all changes from the mainstream branch
- Optional build using PawnIO driver to access manual fan speeds instead of AsusSAIO
