What's New

• Credit card bills — uses Pluggy /bills + creditCardMetadata.billId as the source of truth for which bill a CC transaction belongs to, so cycle totals match the bank app even when closing dates shift around weekends/holidays. Manual effective_bill_date override for edge cases, and falls back to cycle math for manual / non-regulated cards (#92, #139)
• Transactions page now syncs filters and search to the URL — refresh or share the link and your view is preserved (#144)
• Optional toggle to ignore duplicate detection on CSV imports, for controlled re-imports (#145)
