Fixes

• Pluggy account balance reconciliation. Providers only return ~1 year of history but report the real current balance, so the running balance and chart ended at a different number than the "Current balance" card. Securo now inserts a synthetic opening_balance transaction on every connected account, and backfills existing ones via migration.
• Credit card cycle config preserved on sync. credit_limit was the one CC field without a null-guard, so a null from Pluggy wiped user-set values. Guard added. New "Set up cycle" hint shows on cards missing close or due days.
• Recurring dates preserve day-of-month (#67). Late-month recurrences (29/30/31) no longer drift earlier through short months.
