Bugfix

• v0.29.2s fix for the HTTP 302 instead of 200 on /logout broke the logout from the UI without additional id_token_hint.

• Form validation for Upstream Auth Provider config did not set some fields to required under certain conditions and would therefore return the backend validation error instead of a nicer way of handling it.
