Build 59 improves diagnostic telemetry for pairing and location scheduler failures.
Changes:
- Captures scheduler failure diagnostics at the point of failure so later state changes cannot overwrite them.
- Adds iOS version to self-hosted telemetry.
- Adds the installed runtime bundle identifier and permitted background-task identifiers for scheduler registration/submission failures only.
- Adds richer pairing scheduler diagnostics to match the existing location diagnostics.
- Preserves the existing generic Pairing.Failed activity event.
- Preserves Connection.RecoveryNeeded while adding the corresponding diagnostic Failure.Observed event for recoverable scheduler failures.
- Adds regression coverage for mismatched runtime background-task identifiers, consent gating, immutable diagnostic snapshots and telemetry routing.
This is a diagnostic Preview intended to help investigate installations where pairing or location scheduling fails. It does not add retries, delays, scheduler workarounds, new background modes or entitlements.
