Build 57 is a focused diagnostic follow-up to Build 56.
This build adds additional diagnostics around on-device pairing and iOS background-task registration so we can better understand scheduler-registration failures affecting some SideStore installs.
What’s new
- Adds pairing task configuration and registration status to copied diagnostics.
- Includes the runtime bundle identifier and permitted background-task identifiers in diagnostics.
- Adds consent-gated pairing scheduler state to the self-hosted anonymous telemetry path.
- Keeps location-task telemetry separate from pairing-task telemetry.
- Updates release invariants for the new diagnostic fields.
Important
- This build does not claim to fix the scheduler-registration issue.
- The new diagnostics are intended to distinguish whether iOS considers the generated pairing task identifier permitted and whether registration itself is accepted or rejected.
- Anonymous usage statistics remain optional and off unless enabled by the user.
If you experience pairing problems, please use Build 61 Preview and send the copied diagnostics where possible.
