This pre-release focuses on polish and fixes: the editor's Resources panel can now preview cached resources and flags unsupported @grant values and duplicate @resource names; the batch update page groups updates by the current site; and it fixes duplicate installs from web pages after an upstream rename, subscription manual update checks doing nothing, long blank pages while cloud sync is enabled, and unsupported @match schemes breaking registration of every script.
