Release v2.22.0

This is a large release headlined by receipt photos in backups, ICICI Bank PDF statement import (including password-protected files), configurable webhook sync, and a Share sheet shortcut that pre-fills Add Transaction. It also brings a wave of parser improvements for Equity Bank Kenya, PNB, HDFC, Huntington, Navy Federal, Karnataka Bank, M-Pesa, and more, alongside fixes across loans, budgets, categories, and the AI chat.
