Release v2.20.0

PennyWise 2.20.0 is a major feature release: the AI assistant can now add transactions from plain-language chat entirely on-device (3x faster after the AI engine upgrade), sub-categories arrive with full analytics support, balance discrepancy detection lands with a one-tap fix, and 13 new banks across Egypt, El Salvador, Nigeria, and Ethiopia are now supported.

• Sub-categories let you break spending into finer groups, with analytics that correctly filter and label them
