Release v2.17.0

This release adds more than 20 new bank parsers spanning Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, India, Tanzania, Egypt, Jordan, Iran, and Nigeria, alongside Smart Rules with multi-action support, bulk transaction grouping, per-account low-balance alerts, and a number format style picker. A broad set of parser accuracy improvements and currency display fixes round out the release.
