Changelog:
- Added several more tags to better identify records with the same sanitized name (to gain access to these you MUST rescan your sources)
- Downgraded the minSDK version to allow for Android 10 support
- Removed some consoles and sources from consoles.json to avoid useless data from being polled, you can check the diff here
