Sandfly v5.4.2 release.
This release adds a new Microsoft Sentinel authentication option: certificate credentials. There are no other changes. Customers that do not need to use certificate credentials for Microsoft Sentinel data replication do not need to upgrade from v5.4.1.
Note: The release bundle, sandfly-setup-5.4.2.tgz, now includes the offline Docker images. When installing on a server that doesn't have outside internet access, no additional steps are required. The setup and start scripts will now use the Docker images included in this setup archive instead of requiring connectivity to Docker Hub and quay.io.
