Changes
- New build sessions start with the configured Worker model when it is available. Explicit model selections remain authoritative.
- The built-in code reviewer uses the configured Reasoning model when the session runs on the Worker.
- Startup refreshes the remote model catalog even when a fresh local cache exists.
- ChatGPT model discovery uses the installed Codex CLI version, so newly available account models such as GPT-6 Sol and Luna can appear without a Distill version pin.
Existing sessions retain their selected model when resumed.
