Important changes

• Sal 4.3.0 had issues that weren't spotted in testing, so has been removed.
• The docker hub images are now not being updated and will be removed in the near future. All future pulls should be from ghcr.io/salopensource/sal
• the sal-saml image has been deprecated. All users should use the ghcr.io/salopensource/sal. Please see the instructions in the Readme for more details.
