• Oil ex commands show guard notice outside Oil buffer — Oil-specific ex commands (:oilopen, :oilparent, :oilclose, etc.) are now registered eagerly at plugin startup instead of lazily on first Oil focus. When invoked outside an Oil buffer, they show a descriptive notice (Oil: :<command> only works inside an Oil buffer. Use :Oil to open the file explorer.) instead of silently no-oping or producing the generic "not an editor command" error. (#152)
  • Plugin: src/oil/keybindings.ts (eager registration with guard wrapper, new registerExCommands() public method)
  • Plugin: src/main.ts (call registerExCommands() at startup and settings reload)

Tests

• 1 new e2e spec file test/specs/oil-ex-guard.e2e.ts — verifies all 11 unique Oil ex commands show a guard notice when invoked outside an Oil buffer, and that commands are recognized (no "not an editor command" error). (#152)
