Changed
- Oil ex commands show guard notice outside Oil buffer — Oil-specific ex commands (
:oilopen,:oilparent,:oilclose, etc.) are now registered eagerly at plugin startup instead of lazily on first Oil focus. When invoked outside an Oil buffer, they show a descriptive notice (Oil: :<command> only works inside an Oil buffer. Use :Oil to open the file explorer.) instead of silently no-oping or producing the generic "not an editor command" error. (#152)- Plugin:
src/oil/keybindings.ts(eager registration with guard wrapper, newregisterExCommands()public method) - Plugin:
src/main.ts(callregisterExCommands()at startup and settings reload)

test/specs/oil-ex-guard.e2e.ts— verifies all 11 unique Oil ex commands show a guard notice when invoked outside an Oil buffer, and that commands are recognized (no "not an editor command" error). (#152)
