bwenv v3.0.1

This patch fixes selecting 1Password items when using a service account with access to multiple vaults. Preview and export now pass the selected vault ID to op item get, as required by 1Password CLI.

• Fix selected-item preview and export for 1Password service accounts.
• Fix POSIX and PowerShell installer filenames so version tags resolve to the published archives.
• Add regression coverage for service-account vault selection and both installer URL paths.

Upgrade

Use your existing installation method: Homebrew, Scoop, the public installers, or:

go install github.com/s1ks1/bwenv/v3@v3.0.1

No project config migration is required from V3.0.0. Service accounts still need read_items access to the selected vault.

Downloads include SHA256 checksums, CycloneDX SBOMs and GitHub build provenance. Regression tests use isolated fixtures; real-vault authentication was not tested. Native shell and mise activation remain experimental.
