Latency-aware post-ad reload — the health check that skips unnecessary reloads now measures seekable.end - currentTime. Guards against garbage seekable values (2^30 sentinel, NaN, Infinity) by treating unknown latency as "proceed with reload" (vaft) (#128, fixes #127)
Cache clean native m3u8 for all-stripped recovery — snapshot the last clean playlist during non-ad polls (mirrors TTV-AB LastCleanNativeM3U8). When all segments are stripped, prefer the full-playlist snapshot over the thin per-segment recovery cache for richer recovery content (vaft + video-swap-new) (#125)
Sticky CSAI fast path — once a break enters the CSAI fast path (all segments live), stay on it for the entire break. Adds early-reload trigger from within the sticky path when recovery cache is thin.
