Changes to Ruuvi Firmware

• Adds NFC which gives tag ID, MAC address and optional binary data (empty by default).
• Adds buttonless DFU
• Adds Device Information Service
• Adds scan response with device name.
• Adds Nordic UART Service, implementation, documentation and examples on sensor reads TBA
• RAW format is updated to 5 / RAW
• Power consumption is approximately 28 μA

GATT services for DIS and DFU will be added to Eddystone.
