Updating from 0.9

Fetch the new compose.yaml and .env.example, set RUNSTEN_VERSION=0.10.0, then docker compose pull && docker compose up -d. No migration, no rebuild.

• The address, and Volvo optional (update notes): RUNSTEN_APP_URL is the address Runsten is opened at. An .env that sets RUNSTEN_VOLVO_REDIRECT_URI works as before; RUNSTEN_APP_URL may replace it, the redirect URI then being derived from it. An instance that reads only Polestars may leave the Volvo variables empty.
